    My account suspension should be overturned


    My account was suspended for cheating and i did not cheat and I need this ban overturned and this very upsetting because I have never had an issue with xbox up until this point and I would like to thank Bryan D from xbox support for helping me post on this
    forum and getting what I needed to say out

    I finally got the info why i was banned from xbox

    A member of the enforcement team wouldn't be extorting players or hosting modded lobbies. Customer support does not have anything they'd be able to do for the suspension itself it is all handled by enforcement which is discussed under the My account was
    suspended thread. Suspensions from enforcement are reviewed prior to suspension for misdoings and are rarely overturned.

    Unrightfully banned

    Just to add,the enforcement team do a thorough investigation before carrying out any bans/suspensions.

    As xTye said,the suspension wont be overturned.

    The Enforcement Team overturned my ban but i still banned

    The only way you can contact the Enforcement team is by the one off case review. They will either uphold the suspension or overturn it. If you still can't access, try removing your account from the console, doing a full system restart, you can do this
    via restart in the settings tab of the guide. Once restarted, you can add your account again. Hopefully if your account suspension was overturned, you should be able to access it again

    What information is given about enforcement actions

    It's actually pretty rare that they get overturned. So you should be able to see why you were issued the suspension when it's fixed, but even with the case review, it's not a guarantee it would be overturned.

    Try removing the GT from the console and then power cycling the console.

    Restart it and then recover the gamertag back to see if that fixes the issue.
    Unfortunately, that didn't help. I don't think it's something on my end, because two different support agents said that I would have to wait until the 22nd for my console suspension to end. Thanks for trying to help though!
