My Account Suspension. (Please Read And Reconsider.)

As I logged on to xbox today I was surprised to see my account had been suspended (So I cannot party chat, Message or Access Xbox Live Gaming) I later stumbled upon a message my step brother had sent after losing a game of fifa on my account, of which i
was unaware he had even been playing. I then went to see how long this suspension would last, presuming it would be around 24-48 hours, to my disbelief it was until November the 3rd!!! As a student I have limited spare time as I'm in full time college education.
As luck would have it, the time in-between now and the 3rd is one of my only half terms until christmas in which i can finally sit back, relax and play. As a member of the xbox live community for 6 years I enjoy the limited time I have to play xbox and continue
to buy new games and renew my subscription, so I hope a valued customer such as myself will not be victimised for the acts of my step brother! I will also be apologising to the recipient of the message and putting a lock on my account if my accounts suspension
is lifted.

So please reconsider the suspension as I want to right his wrongs and continue to enjoy playing xbox in my limited time!

Please Reconsider

So over the past year I have loved using Xbox Fitness. It is great and it has really helped me get into shape on a budget since its free for live subscribers. However I just realized that Xbox plans to charge a subscription fee for Xbox fitness starting
in January. WHY???? Just maintain a really good perk for your live subscribers and add new content we can buy which I actually had been considering purchasing one until now. I wanted to bring awareness to this and a voice saying, Xbox reconsider and treat
your live subscribers like loyal customers, you know with perks like free Xbox fitness and so on not look at us like wallets to be drained as much as possible.

You are responsible for your account so I very much doubt the suspension will be lifted.

 

You are responsible for your account, you should have made sure no-one but you can play using YOUR account. The XBLPET don't overturn suspensions, or bans for that matter, especially when people say things like, "It was my pet hamster sending rude messages
on my Xbox, I didn't even know he was using my account!" How many times do you think they've heard that well worn out old chestnut?

Why not use your free time to study instead.

 

no one here can reverse the ban, as for the message your "step brother" sent, maybe you should take more care who uses your account

 

Wont get overturn, even if someone does read your post.

As has been said here before and no doubt will be said again and again, you're responsible for what happens on your account, if someone sends abusive messages, sorry but your fault.

Perhaps you should look into protecting your account with a password you have to type in every time you log in, just a thought.
