My account suspension is over but people still can't hear me.

Hi. nobody can hear me in party or lobby chat even though my mic is lighting up. I finished my communications ban yesterday so why is this still enforced?

I did that and they were of no help. Luckily this is fixed now though.

My account suspension is over but people still can't hear me.

I had a 24 hour communications ban and it is now over. But people on Xbox One still can't hear me even though my microphone symbol says its working. The Xbox 360 works fine. I can't believe this. They suspend me and now they mess up my account. This happened
to other people and I tried posting on the suspension forum but the moderators aren't letting my posts through. Can a moderator or Xbox staff let my posts through because I don't know what to do. This is ridiculous and now it is definitely their fault because
they banned me and now this is happening. Please help me!

Hi InevitableStorm,

to double check your ban has ended you can check on your enforcement/suspension history

here.

If that looks all clear then please post a new thread in the enforcement forum here and a member of the enforcement team will be able to check your account for you. If they give you the all clear and you still have a problem then it may be something completely
different and not related to the ban in which case please post back here for additional support.

I am having the same issue!!!!! Mine ended at 8:00 AM EST this morning. I can hear people, join party, and send messages, but no one can hear me! I went to the website and read my case and now is says there is a permanent suspension??????

support cannot deal with Enforcement issues - you can see details of your ban
here and you can read details on what - if anything - you can do about it on that site.

Also for future note, if you need support please create a new thread for yourself instead of bumping an old one.

Just for future reference, because I see that your 24 hour ban would have been over by now, if you're ever banned from communication and need to post on the Enforcement forums, simply make a new or log into another account and post referencing the correct
gamertag.
