Discus and support My account still hasn't been fixed in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; so it's been a couple of week and my rewards account is still not working can someone fix this also I bought a game and I didn't get any points...     so it's been a couple of week and my rewards account is still not working can someone fix this also I bought a game and I didn't get any points

    i havnt got reward points for a year help Please Asap!!!!

    i have been waiting a year for reward points and my account still hasn't been fixed i want a comment back at-least so i know my account has been investigated

    Hello YeahItsJohn97,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Lost game save.

    I visited this forum for this very reason. My save file was overwritten by my son's file on a completely separate account. Looks like this issue still hasn't been fixed in over a year.
