    My account says that it needs attention but it is correct.


    I keep getting e-mails that state that my account needs attention and that my region info is incorrect. However, it is correct (and has never been different). Please advise how I get my pending 16000 reward points.

    Xbox live rewards requires update

    Xbox live rewards says my account needs attention. It states that I need to update my email but my information is correct and I have nothing else that I can see that needs attention. Please help.

    Unable to receive credits from xbox rewards. It keeps telling me my account needs updating.

    So as the title says, i have two pages of credits waiting to be deposited to my account, but it keeps telling me on my account status that attention is needed. then it says account needs updating.

    Everything is correct in my billing account, so i cant find a problem.

    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a

    Log into account.microsoft.com and make sure your don't have an outstanding balance on your subscriptions page. Also make sure you don't have an expired payment method listed on your account.
