my account says I have live until may the 10th of this year?

but I can not play any games online or anything as of this morning. everything was working great last night. my gamertag is ManicPrimate16

Can't access gold features even though I have Xbox live gold.

Hey, I have Xbox Live Gold until the 19th of May but whenever I try and play on any multiplayer games it says that my account isn't permitted to play online.

I am having the same issue. My account states that I have a Live Gold membership until September 10th but, it keeps prompting me for a code for Live access. Any suggestions?

Have you checked https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to make sure there are no enforcement actions on the account.

If there aren't any enforcement actions, then confirm that
https://account.microsoft.com/ under Services and Subscriptions it's still showing the subscription.

If after seeing there is no enforcement action, and the account is still showing the paid subscription, you'll want to reach out to Support so they can look into what's going on. You can go

Yeah I have this same issuer when I tried to play an older 360 game on my Xbox One (Perfect Dark). It keeps telling me my gold account has expired despite it being last billed December 1st, 2017. Not sure what is going on here.
