My account says i am banned but there is nothing on my records of why i am banned

As a fellow gamer, I understand what you are going through and what you are feeling. I am afraid there are really no means to discuss an Enforcement action with a support since they don't have details for it.

They will also refer you to the Xbox enforcement page. If there are no enforcement actions showing on your account when you sign in on the page, I suggest to try removing and adding your account back from your console to see if the enforcement message you are getting will disappear.

It wont show up because the ban was given 9 years ago as OP stated.

Enforcement action that was given before the enforcement website existed wont show up on the enforcement website

There must be a way to a microsoft employee can read this, because there is no chance to make a case about that, because there is no ban.

I don't know how to get in contact with them and no i don't want to start a new account and do all over again. I have games on that account and Friends and memorys. I would pay anything to get it back.

after 9 years nobody is able to answer any questions about that or unban the account !

Just create a new account with a different email and have fun gaming !

With regards to account suspension, I am afraid we fellow members don't have any information to that either.

Below is the note from the Enforcement website as to how Xbox enforcement action takes place:

Note that customer support can't assist with suspensions or enforcement actions. If you need assistance with an active enforcement action, it may qualify for the case review process. To learn more, go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-us/help/family-onli...

If you cannot find any suspension on your account, try checking if you are signed in with the correct Microsoft email address you are using for Xbox. You can check your gamertag once you sign in your email via https://account.xbox.com/profile page.

You may also check your email address to confirm it is correct via your Xbox console. If you’re already signed in on an Xbox console, look in the upper-left corner of the Home screen. You should see your gamertag, name, and the email that’s used to sign in rotating there.

If you don’t see your email address displayed, this setting may be disabled. To re-enable it:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN.

Under Show on Home, you’ll see the email or phone number you use to sign in. If you enable this setting, this account info will be displayed on your Home screen.
