My account says banned, but I have no enforcement violations that show up?

You would have had to contact the enforcement team back when you were first given the ban. Even if it showed on the enforcement site now, they do not allow appeals for anything over 12 months. There's nothing else that can be done.

Nothing is showing up on the enforcement page in my end. How long do I have to wait to see a update? Ban happened on the 27th and still showing good reputation and no bans… but account still saying suspended but still took the pre order of dying light…

Most bans/suspensions don't happen at the time of the infraction. Once an account has been flagged as violating the TOS or the COC, the details are sent to the enforcement team. They then take time to investigate the claims of violation. You may be suspended/banned for something that occured sometime ago. You can log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US to check your enforcement history. It can sometimes take up to 24hrs for the details to show up there.

I cannot sign into my xbox live account and it says my account has been subject to enforcement action, i have checked my email and it says i violated some code of conduct and says to sign into the enforcement webpage to find out more, when i try to sign
in on the website it does not allow me to, i have been banned for no given reason received, what shall i do?

Thank you for your help, but nothing shows up on the enforcement page, it says no active suspensions, and it has no enforcement history, but the account is banned from xbox live.
