My account probably got hacked and can't get It back

Best whoever is going to help me,

After stopping with playing for some time because of school and such, I tried to login again today. but for some reason I can't seem to login with any of my passwords I usually use, very annoying but I thought I could just reset it, after trying that I find
out that my phone number, reset email and probably some other info have been changed. also whoever did that put on 2FA authentication so I can't reset it with filling out the form. I had sent 2 forms but then got an email that microsoft will ignore them if
2FA is on. how can I solve this? I really want to start playing again and now I can't play any games or play on my saves. (this is my backup account)

trouble signing back into original account

Account was hacked awhile back, xbox got it back and now i'm having trouble getting back into my original account......Account was hacked, got it back, having trouble going back to my original avitar now....can't figure out how to go back to my original
avitar.....

 

Why is my account not locked?

My account got hacked too. I am probably gonna sound stupid but do you get your account back once they have done there investigation?
