My Account Perm Suspended.

Dear Enforcement Team,

*Due to privacy reasons I have made a separate account to hide the identity of the account banned.

On 7-3-2017 My Account was Permanently Suspended for "Harrasment and Threats"

This was due to a individual Joining and making derogatory words towards me and my family.

Me being stupid I took it into account and Made threats to him via message.

I'm not going to sit here and lie and say I didn't do anything I will own up to my mistakes and I will sincere Apologize for my actions.

However, Giving me a permanent suspension for my actions was a bit too harsh. Now I have purchased many games and cannot play one due to my account being suspended.

I have tried to submit a case review however getting one wrong both times now I must wait 24 hours, and I shall try to attempt it again. I am just Asking for a Second chance, I know my account was previously communications banned, but that was also for
something childish. I cannot blame you guys for anything since It was my own actions, If I am unbanned I will consider using the block and muting feature ALOT more. Please just contact me so I can better explain myself thank you.

Transferring full game downloads to another account

the account in question isn't perm suspended or even suspended for that matter.

For an official answer as to why the account was banned, you would need to post here -

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

If customer service didn't already, you can contact them again and have them do an unauthorized access investigation. If they find that whatever caused you to be banned was done while you're account was out of your control, it might be possible to have it
unbanned. However, that is not always possible.

As long as the console is not banned, you can use the same console.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. You'll have to wait until you can retake the test.

You have to wait until you can retake the test.

Once you get accepted, you can then explain your situation to the enforcement team.

If this happens again in future, you can always block and mute other players.
