My account “oqhc” was permanently banned and I don’t know what for.

I don’t even know where to start but I’m definitely not gonna invest a ton of energy into this as I’ve already tried that leading to vanity, my account was compromised, I assumed my security info was changed and it wasn’t, I filed for an account recovery, my information that I provided was proven to be correct and sufficient, however my case was denied due to the Ban, I think that I caused the ban to my account by filing for the recovery and reporting it to be compromised, now I recently regained access to my account and changed the password, I’m trying to to get the Ban lifted or appealed, but it’s not even showing up on the enforcement website, my latest ban was in 2020 for a gamerpic violation, so my account is permanently banned, but for essentially nothing, for the love of goodness, help me.

Thank you man, this has actually happened to another account of mine “outfraged” as well, so I’m pretty much banned from playing Xbox right now on my main accounts, They we’re bringing comprised however, but I filed for recoveries, and my information was verified on both, but both are permanently banned. Un, freaking, believable.

But seriously thank you for the response, so far you’ve given me more understanding on this than multiple agents.

Hello oqhc, I believe that your case is what has been happening in Enforcement for the past few days, some users are getting this permanent ban message but when logging in to the Enforcement website there is nothing.

I believe this is an Xbox Live issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon. Apologies for the inconvenience

So I’m not actually permanently banned right? The same thing is happening to me it was a 3 day ban and the next day after the ban should have been over I got permanent ban and locked out of my account. I can’t even submit and review on the enforcement website because the permanent ban don’t show up and the 3 day ban don’t show up either. I’m really worried about it

I am referring to enforcement action. I have no idea what I’ve even been accused of. It is truly unfair; especially if my account has been reported as I have not been given an opportunity to state my case before banning me permanently for something I don’t even know about

I’m unable to sign into on the Xbox contact us website, Xbox app, and on console. I have filed for all three accounts, my info was verified on two, one including this account, but my account is still permanently Banned, and I’m pretty damn sure the permanent ban is the direct result of me filing for its recovery, so I just don’t trust the enforcement team anymore. As when an account is banned, they completely disregard your correct console info, place of residence, etc. if it has a ban on it, they’ll deny the case, or say that they can’t recover it because of the TOS violation, meanwhile I still have no freakin clue why my accounts have suspensions, Let Alone PERMANENT suspensions. Like man what the actual, what is going on.
