Hello, my account of 6 years was reported. I understand my original name "NuKeTheCrOsS666" may appear offensive. But it is simply the name of a song. For 6 years, I haven't had problems. Some people actually loved my name, some sent complimentary messages.
I don't understand why my gamertag was forcefully changed, and now I HAVE to pay to change it. Again, for 6 years I've had my account. And now I have to deal with "JollyKitten" as my gamertag.

Enforment on my account

I was reported for harassment and lost my account I had for over 6 years I'm on a suspension where I cant log in anymore at all Is there a way I can still play my games that I bought plz email me back

any way to contest my gamertag being changed?

i started my xbox up and was immediately asked to change my gamertag and it persists until i do. ive had my account for 6 years with the exact same name and never had any issues from anyone. i do not harass players nor am i abusive in games. in my opinion
i was reported out of spite for no real reason. is there anyway that i can contest this and have the notice removed? as i said ive had the account for 6 years and this is somewhat out of the blue. sorry if this is not posted in the correct forum

An enforcement action like this is handled by the enforcement team through their website enforcement.xbox.com you can go there and file for a case review and see if they will either clear up the gamertag and give you a credit so that you can get your gamertag
back. If they decide that their decision is correct and it is against the code of conduct then you would have to pay to get a gamertag change.

The enforcement team does not follow these forums.

It doesn't matter if you've had a tag for 6 years or 6 minutes, if it violates the code of conduct, they can change it. Having it for 2 years doesn't mean it's allowed. It just means it took that long for the enforcement team to review and change it as its
only been reported recently.
