My account no longer exists?

    I got on my pc today and it told me to sign into my Microsoft account, and it no longer exists? I tried to sign into Xbox and my email no longer exists there either? I went to my email and my email isn’t hacked, and I don’t see how else I could get hacked seeing as how on my pc all I do is watch YouTube and play steam games, so how do I go about figuring this out since Microsoft has pretty much fully removed anyway to talk to an actual human, and when I try to recover the account it literally doesn’t exist anymore, even though I can add the account to my friends list from a different Xbox account..?

    Hello again, if the account has been inactive for too long it really may have been deleted.

    It literally says “the Microsoft account you have entered does not exist” when I’ve had this account for 7 maybe 8 years? When I try to recover the account with my email it’s saying it literally doesn’t exist but the account still exists like I can add it on Xbox from a different account
    Sounds like someone got access to your account and changed the email to your account.

    Because it is very strange for the system to point to your account as non-existent, in some cases the system can delete an account if there is no movement (inactivity) and use in the account, but if you have any purchases made in the account the system does not delete the account.
