My account needs help.

Hey Everyone, I'm making this post today in hopes of getting my ban reversed. I've had this account since 2014 and my whole childhood is on it. I started school at TXST university near Austin Tx and I live with three other roommates. A few weeks ago I rightfully received a ban for 2 week from all xbox. It was one of those really stressful 4-4 comp matches in rainbow 6. Anyway, the trash talk got the best of me. But I took the ban like a champ. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I'm housesitting for my family, while studying for finals. To ease the stress of studying I logged in to play some Rocket League. To my surprise I had been permanently banned!!!! I check my apartment group chat and ask what happened,( we have a community xbox at my apartment ) and apparently they wanted to see what would happen if I got banned again. the morning before I left for my house my roommate sent my other roommate a message with some mildly profane language from my account, then proceeded to hop on the community console and report it. I understand that I was already on final strike, but I made it my job that every time I got on xbox, I didn't talk, or send any texts to people in understanding that I would get banned. This wasn't me. As stupid as this sounds, it really truly wasn't me. I lost so much progress and so many good childhood memories from my Minecraft worlds to my silly Fortnite clips. Is there any way someone can help me, I know my case wasn't read by a human because of how fast my appeal was denied. (less than 5 minutes after submission.) could someone please help me get in contact with someone who can help. I truly did nothing wrong and if I receive help, you have my word that I will never ever, use voice chat, or messaging ever again just to avoid any confusion I will password protect my account and not sign it in on any community xbox. Please help me, I'm begging.

If you haven't already, you would need to call support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation on your account. If you already have, you can try posting here to see if there is anything the enforcement team can do -

Unfortunately, even though the action may have taken place while your account was compromised, the enforcement team may not be able to lift the ban and you will need to create a new account.

But bro. If something can be done to ban it, something can be done to reverse it. Something such as this shouldn't be stricken with such harsh consequences. My friend meant no bad intentions, and I've let people use my account for years, and nothing of this magnitude has occurred. This is complete bs, this is someones life, history, and job you can't just ban it with no motivation to understand the reality of the situation. If you check back to the seal video of the bin Laden compound you'll see the man had an xbox 360. You're telling me that a man responsible for thousands of deaths didn't receive a permanent ban, but a college kid aspiring to work for Microsoft after graduation can't get his account back over some locker room talk that his friends did on his account??? Real professional.

There is no one to talk to.The only way to contact the enforcement team is via a case review,which you have already done.If the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

Support can not do anything about enforcement actions & the enforcement team don't have an email address to contact them.

You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it & you've found out the hard way why you never let anyone else use your account.

It really does not make a difference who or why a complaint was filed...it is a violation of the TOU to use any "iilegal" words. When you sign up for live, "free speech" is gone...forget about comics, newspapers, etc. The Consitution does not apply. You
signed all that away when you joined. You will just have to change your motto.
