    MONEY APPEARING IN MICROSOFT ACCOUNT!?!?!?

    Do you have to sign up for microsoft rewards or will they just send some extra cash to anyone who purchases from the store? I recently bought a few games and would love a kickback haha.

    What's the incentive for them? If someone is looking to buy Watch Dogs, having them buy a new copy grants them more profit than providing a used copy to sell.

    I added money to my child's account but his balance remains at zero.

    I have the same issue. Money transferred to my son's account more than 24 hours ago. It appears on the family portal (showing under his account name), but it does not appear on the Xbox when he wants to purchase VBucks. Please advise.

    Hi! Any luck with this? I'm facing the exact same problem. I added money via PayPal, the transaction is confirmed, but the funds are not present on the Xbox account.

    Purchased currency for Sea of Thieves, haven't received it, charge doesn't appear on xbox account. Can confirm the charge processed through my bank though.

    As stated above, It does not appear in my xbox account at all. BUT the transaction did process through my bank. Money did change hands. I am playing on PC Game pass, Sea of thieves.
