dont try and say there's no mistake in your system, i got dlc for gow 3 from gamestop entered it, next day banned till 9999 for market place fraud!? There was no fraud i paid for it. this is [Moderator removed: Profanity].

fix this i had a good gamerscore going. [Mod edit].

All you can do is go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB & file for a case review.

Posting personal info,like your phone number is not allowed on the forums.

In future,if you need halp with an issue you should start your own thread.

 

Its very unlikely you got banned within one day,investigations take much longer.

You must have done something else prior to that.

 

You would need to post here
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx to find out why you were banned or read the email sent to the email address linked to your account.

As owen said,you would of been banned for something from a while back as investigations take quite a while.
