My account might have gotten banned

A while ago, my Xbox account signed me out one day and it wouldn't let me change the password. Today, someone told me their account got fixed because they talked to someone that works on Xbox. I tried to do that and turns out humans do not exist. Only a robot that tells me to change my password. I cannot change the password so I am kind of stuck here. Can anybody help me?

Hey Fritar No need to be hateful. You and your console can get suspended or banned if you modded for those achievements.

THEOWENKILLER

You now get a temporary suspension for modding achievements.

If you have already violated the code of conduct before, that can be turned into a permanent ban.

If those mods are deemed to have originated from your console, a further console ban can be applied.

Too right i have never been banned before, if that makes me a noob, good on me.

Sorry but you are behind the times. Microsoft are now handing out bans for gamerscore modding, the days of the reset are going away.
