My account keeps getting randomly banned for no reason!!

set up a call back by following the steps below. I must let you know, Xbox Support Agents can not / do not have the tools to make changes / lift bans suspensions. You'd have to

refer to the enforcement website like mentioned above and create a case review. That is the only way unfortunately.

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, the only thing we can do here about a ban/suspension is refer you to the enforcement website. We have no tools to assist with enforcement actions. Contacting a support agent would lead you to the
same website.

As for getting the ban lifted, you would need to be eligible for a case review on the
Enforcement website.

Suspensions are handled strictly by the enforcement team. If you received a ban you can submit a case review by going to enforcement.xbox.com then How Do I? then Submit Case Review. Typically the type of ban (communications, marketplace theft, etc.) determines
why it was banned and either the severity or frequency determine the length. All bans are reviewed by the enforcement team individually to verify it's validity. If you receive a ban it's because of certain behavior, that was reported by someone else and
confirmed by the enforcement team. However, sometimes there is a delay on the bans due to the review process so it could be from something that occurred days or even weeks ago.

The only place you can contact the enforcement team is on enforcement.xbox.com. You can file case reviews from there if the bans are eligible but enforcement does not use these forums.

Noone is randomly banned. MS won't ban an account or console unless they mean to and have very good evidence and reason to support it. I'd wager a bet your friend isn't telling you everything.
