My account keeps getting banned why?

Are you replying to those messages in a similar tone? Are you reporting the messages they have sent you?

You need to stop replying to the messages if you are and then report, mute, and block the other people.

As to why they keep them around. I imagine it is to stopped the banned person from grabbing the old name again for a new account.

Interesting, Technically true I suppose, but evasively correct? maybe not. My ban was from Microsoft Start, and tracking down the reason I found Microsoft information stating they used AI to check over comments After they had been submitted. It said it right in the Microsoft Start information. So, it's not Robots they use to do their checking, but it sure does not seem to be humans either. AIs are making decisions on banning accounts in Microsoft Start. That is a Fact. Are you saying they would not use AIs to make the same type of decisions for XBox accounts?

There are not robots going around getting people banned. Keep in mind that LFG posts are only for looking for other people to play a game with. Offering to buy/sell/trade in them is not allowed. Advertising servers, Discords, or clans is not allowed.

I'm sure they use filters/AI for some things, but they don't use it for everything.
