    my account keeps charging me month to month for live


    help, so my old xbox account "MDS NingaGinga" is paying month to month for xbox live. the problem I'm having is i can't turn off the auto renewal. this is cause by the email that is used for the account no longer exists. and i can't turn it off because
    i can't sign in. what should i do?

    I just recently signed up for the free gold trial that after one month with start charging me $10 a month for it. I was all excited up until everytime I try to play BlackOps 3 it keeps telling me my account isn't allowed to play online. Am I doing something

    So my boyfriends kids were staying at my house and i put my cc # in so that they could get a month suscription of xbox live.......now its 3 months later and i dont even know how to get a hold of them but it keeps charging me every month......how do i stop
    this from happening?

    Multiple charges

    it wont let you remove your card until the membership is over. thats bull! they charged me 3 more months after i havent even turned my xbox on I BOUGHT 1 month. they wont refund or do anything. so im deleteing everything and sellling my xbox. microsoft needs
    to fix that. you cant hold someones account. or advertise ONE month and keep charging. they dont need to assume we want to renew. ASK. better business bureau needs to attack this. i dont want to wait another hour on the phone just to get a live rep to send
    me to another live rep.

    I don't see any 40 charges on your account, just the month-to-month charge for LIVE. Can you confirm in your Billing History (https://billing.microsoft.com) or your bank statement when this charge
    was?

    I can't connect either.

    Everything I tried that was suggested here has failed miserably.

    And my account will be charged on March 1st for another month of Xbox Live.

    It’s probably because of your account for example mine gold membership is due on the 3rd of the month but they will charge me on the 23rd of the month because that’s when my xbox profile was made. So basically they charge you on the day you opened the
    account not the day you bought the service.
