My Console is banned without a Reason

I just want to lock in with my account and its banned now on the next day the Support and after school all what happens is that my Console got banned without any Reason...If not moddyfied my Console ...or any Illegal stuff just banned

Are their actions legal? Can an account be banned without providing any evidence? Can they arbitrarily ban any player's account, even if the player has invested a lot of money and time, without any reason?

I've checked there there's nothing to do with my console ban and I'm asking why my Xbox got banned ? I was told they wouldn't. Ban without a a reason ,all I'm asking for is a reason
