My account was suspended for the second time this week. I haven't done anything wrong since the last time I was suspended, my friend reported me as a joke earlier today, (I have messages to prove it was a joke) but that shouldn't of resulted in a second
suspension. I filed for a case review but sadly failed the questionnaire. I've been on Xbox a couple of years now, I know what I can and can not do, and I wish to have my suspension removed.

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. You'll have to wait until you can take the questionnaire again.

There is no automated banning system,everything is done by a person.

It's possible you have a console privilege suspension to prevent you using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account which is against the code of conduct.

Any account on that console will have the same punishment as the suspended account but will work on other devices.

If you are having trouble filing for a case review try a different web browser.
