My Account Jiysr has Recently Been Banned Due To Harassment

I WAS wondering of its Permanently Banned Beacuse its says Temporary Permanent But theres an end Date on July16. But i Oftend Report Disrespectful and inappropriate harassing messages and nothing happens its supposedly perfectly fine for random Players
online to harass me every day but when i message something back i Get reported and Banned. I Don't understand why temporary perma banned i Should least be Suspended for a Month not Temporary Permanent Banned :<[

If the information about it being permanent is in the information about the suspension itself, that's just there by default. It's what would happen if you were issued a temporary suspension, but if there is an end date then it's temporary.

it says that im not able to play xbox live because its a permanent temporary ban but this is what says Enforcement end date:July 16, 2020 3:25:20 AM.

Hi Pxshr,

for anything related to your ban/suspension, you will need to contact the staff member dealing with it. best way to check is the email you received and go by that, as these forums do not discuss such info.

Also as always block and report anyone being inappropriate or disrespectful and don't reply however you feel as its better to not react in any way.
