My account isn't allowing me to do anything

I understand what you are going through. One of my friend also have experienced this and no worries! I'll try to provide the troubleshooting that worked for this issue and let us see if it will work on your end too.

On cases like this, we may need to have another account (Parent account) to manage the settings of your original account. This is just to remove all restrictions so moving forward, you will not get any restrictions anymore. Let me guide you how:

1. You will need an alternate account that will serve as a parent. If you don't have one you can create at https://signup.live.com page.

2. Using the parent account sign in via https://account.microsoft.com/family page and add your Xbox email address or account as a Member/Child.

3. Accept the invitation using your Xbox account email.

4. Using the parent account, go to the https://account.microsoft.com/family page again to manage the child account.

5. Under the child account, click elipsis or 3 dots button and choose the Manage option.

There you may change the date of birth of your main account and remove any restrictions for purchases, etc. Once done, just restart your console or device and check if there are still restrictions.

Changing your ms account on your gamer tag doesn't make it an adult account if it was a child account to begin with

You need to wait till the gamer tag turns 18

It might mean something offensive in a different language or could be a word that is not allowed for religious or political reasons.

I checked everywhere but it doesn't seem offensive or anything like that so i'm not sure why it isn't allowing it but i want it

I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with copyright because I searched the word and it turns out to be a Japanese five needle pine. You could try changing the name from another device.
