    My account is wrongly banned


    me and my brother share a console, my brother is 15 years of age and is very immature he has a gamertag on the console as do I and he has received a ban from multiplayer and communication ban and that is fair enough but I've woke up today to find out my
    console has been banned for two weeks without me even doing anything if you could unban my console but keep his account banned surely that makes more sense than to ban my account when I've done nothing wrong.

    Unfortunately, the ban will not be lifted. The Code of Conduct states your account is your responsibility at all times. Sorry.

    My Account Was Banned Wrongly

    If it had been hacked, which is very unlikely unless you gave out your login details, you should have opened an unauthorized access case as soon as you discovered that you did not have control of your account. They would have froze your account so no modifications
    could have taken place. The fact that you did not do this, makes it appear as though you had control when this happened, and the ban will not be lifted as xTye stated.
