Hello,

last days i saw that someone is playing on my account without any permission. He also bought some V-Bucks on Fortnite, a game I don't even play. I also receive mails that give a secret code to change my microsoft account password (he surely have my mail
password to check this code) and I don't know how to force this guy to leave my account.

My account is being used by someone else.

I created a new Xbox One account, about six months ago, so I could use on my new console. But then I found out someone else has been using it with me in a Xbox 360, even though I changed my password like three times in the last two months. I want to know
what can I do to fix this. Also, I found out that there is a glitch in the Xbox 360 of which anyone can login in the account without the password for it. Please, help me fix this, I just want to enjoy my games and stuff.

I suggest that you instead setup a PIN for your Xbox Profile. It is tied to your account and should be applied wherever your account is being used.

Well, this page covers account recovery but you still need to know the email address as that is the primary identifier of the account. Without the email, i don't believe there is anything they can do

Sorry to hear about what happened there, email is really important for us to recover the account and if you forget that, you may also try retrieving your log in email using an alternate email or phone through this link:

Just a heads up, it will be very difficult to get the log in information if you only know the gamertag because what is important there is your email address that you use for that account.
