My Account Is Suspended For No Reason...

I have been reported twice this week by the same person and I have been banned both those times I've clearly done nothing wrong. I went onto the Xbox Enforcement page and pressed case review but nothing happened it just won't let me click on it. I don't
know how to contact Xbox as everywhere I go it just links me to the help support page. My first ban was on the 30/8/18 and ended 31/8/18 and less than a day after I get banned again 31/8/18 and ends 8/9/18 I'm not sure if I've been reported or it's just a
bug. I have a communication ban won't let me Kinect share content, share to social networks, text and voice communicate and look for groups, broadcast and edit Xbox profile, gamerpic and club content and this really bothers me because now I can't play the
games I love whilst talking to my friends.

It says that "this account sent inappropriate messages or participated in inappropriate voice or text communications. This may include harassment or bullying behaviour, using abusive or offensive language, negative, speech towards a person or group, disruptive
behaviour, spamming or other inappropriate communications." which none of them I have done. I understand the first ban I may have said something then I don't know but the ban was for 1 day so I didn't mind it but now I have another for a week and I don't know
what I did because I did nothing and I don't know what to do.

I had to restart my xbox and when I came back it had told me that my account has been suspended for codes. Then trying to submit for a free case not everyone knows every question so how should i be punished for something I never did?

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6 Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the
last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

When you try to do a case review it will appear instead of submitting a case review.

 

I've tried this on 2 devices now, it won't let me on the quiz because it still says the case review apply button and it won't let me click that button.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Try using a PC/Laptop if possible. Unfortunately you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our
Enforcement website
for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
