My Account is Suspended because its past due?!?!?!

I have been an avid xbox owner/player since i was 15 years old. Thats 8 years i have sank money into xbox and Microsoft. Now usually when bills fall short and i cant renew my subscription i have the option of reverting back to silver,"free." BUT, today i
sign in (and yes i knew my live was running out soon) and instead of being given the option of reverting back to silver or "free" i am told my account was "suspended until i pay for it." ARE YOU SERIOUS? My account is SUSPENDED bc i couldnt pay fot it this
month? Microsoft and xbox alike will be losing yet another customer to playstation after almost 10 years of commitment. You guys really need to start thinking about your customers and quit focusing on how to make more money!!!!

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

You can't get access to your aim? And you don't know your password... hmm.... did you try contacting xbox support?

ALSO as a result of being suspended, i can no longer play any of the zombies maps THAT I PAID MONEY FOR. Seriously i am outraged this is getting ridiculous! !!!

No one from Microsoft reads this forum. Your account will only revert to silver if you turn off auto-renewal before your subscription ends. If you don't turn it off, they will attempt to charge you and will suspend you if they are unable to charge your account.

xSerg3antDeathx, you will want to contact Official Xbox LIVE Support via phone in the United States at 1 800 4 MY XBOX and have them cancel your current Subscription. After you will be able to turn off Auto-renew (or have them
do it) and apply a new Subscription either Pre-Paid Xbox LIVE Card or Credit Card that can be charged in full.

My gold membership is past due. So now it's suspended and i cannot pay the past due amount with the money i have in my Microsoft account.... The past due amount is 10 dollars and i got 21 dollars in my Microsoft account... Help please

The only way to pay a past due amount is via either a debit/credit card or paypal account.

I been able to play gamepass games for free for a few days now despite never purchasing it. My live needs to repaid but i haven't paid it because of the covid-19 outbreak my account should be suspended until its repaid but its not i can play game
pass games and online multiplayer games and I don't have a history of ever purchasing game pass. It just shows that my payment is past due and needs attention its should be suspended but its not.

That happens to me but i actually got suspended and now i cant purchase anything anybody know a fix?
