    Why am i still banned

    I am trying to know the reason why my gamertag is still suspended. It should have been good on this particular date but now its currently exstended .

    i was told 1pm today and when i checked my account at 2 pm it said it was suspended till 813pm

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. They can only be contacted via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com if your ban is eligible.
