My account is suspended and i'm cant change the payment option.

My old credit card expired, so i was waiting foy my signature end so i could renew with my new credit card, this card is already an payment option. My account now is suspended and i'm trying to correct the payment option of the signature, but whenever i
try to change, the page never finishes loading. It just stays like this, those blue dots passing on the screen... Someone knows how to fix this? Or if the problem is with the server?

Hello. My my game tag his and my account is suspended because my payment option was not update. I did the change 2 days ago but I'm still suspended. Can you help me with that problem please? Thank you.

Actually I've tried to sign in on Xbox and its says my account is suspended because of payment option has expired. Howvever, I've added a new payment option and paid the subscription for this year. I'm unable to remove the original payment option. Please
reactivate my account and remove old payment option.
