my account is still blocked after a whole month I NEED URGENT HELP

my account got blocked a month ago and still is blocked i have done countless live chat request talking to agents, done WAY too many account recovery requests over the last month and 5 account reinstatement request and i fail every time, all the agents tell me the exact same thing, so i have my main email on my account and for some reason my old email is the contact email, my old email was deleted a few years ago because i switched to a new email so i could get off the family thingy and be able to do more stuff in microsoft, so i dont have access to it at all, cant be restored, recovered, or anything, it is completely gone from google and will never come back, so when microsoft wants to verify my account to make sure i am not trying to hack it, it tries to send a code to the email that was deleted a few years ago and clearly it never reaches it because it doesnt exist anymore, and i have tried EVERYTHING i just cant get back in, all i wanted to do was play minecraft that one day and i was greeted with a error message reading "Help us secure your account we have detected unusual activity on your microsoft account, or believe your credentials are at risk. for your security and to ensure only you have access to your account, we will ask you to verify your identity and change your password." i have around 5 years of hard work on this microsoft account and cannot lose it, all the agents i talk to say that they cant give me access to my account or change anything with the account for security reasons, BUT I OWN THE ACCOUNT i literally verified multiple times with them that i own it, they just dont understand that i literally cant access my old email anymore, and cant give the thing a code because i cant get a code, because I CANT ACCESS THE GMAIL ACCOUNT.

Also i am making this post from a microsoft account i created so i could post and talk to agents because i am locked out of my actual microsoft account.
