my account is saying its suspended due to none payment

my xbox wont connect to xbox live. it pops up a notice stating that my account is suspended due to none payment. however I have auto pay and I even received an email on 5/21/2018 saying my payment was successful for the years renewal. also my account is
showing the the membership doesn't expire until 2019 yet its saying that I still owe money. theres a bug in there somewhere I just want to be able to watch my Netflix and play my games.

I'm a bit confused by your post. Are you saying you had auto renew off, and your account was suspended due to non-payment?

Account suspended due to billing issue?

My account has been suspended. It says "Your membership is suspended due to a problem with your payment option. To continue your membership, edit the payment option". My account is paid up until 7/2012. What gives?

If you sign into account.microsoft.com/services you should see what the past due is for

 

Before you contact the official support, check
https://commerce.microsoft.com for your billing history. Find the pending payment, and then contact support on the address given by the others, if you're unable to resolve that issue

and this will explain how to clear the overdue payment, and this will then remove the hold from your account.
