My account is permanently suspended???

So I get on after. It having internet for awhile wanted to play some good ole extinction which I really missed as a kid and it said I was permanently banned. For what?? Then it says check the enforcement page but it’s nothing there. And when I tell other people to sign into my account (close friends and family) it says it kicks them out and it also kicks me out. I called the people 5 times they didn’t know and it says they wouldn’t it’s fine. The email didn’t work. It just repeatedly tells me to sign in and doesn’t let me. Now I can’t play Xbox because of a reason I don’t know. Don’t have any games and me and my brothers as kids been playing on my account sense I’m the youngest and most spoiled we all played different games my thing is give me a reason why I’m suspended and how long or if your going to permanently suspended me why can’t I log in to see why??? It’s just a bit fishy and I don’t want to go further than what It is but if it’s nothing like seriously I want all my money back over the 10 years I’ve been playing Xbox I’m dedicated and been recommending stuff of you guys products for so long and this happens please give me a reason
