My account is permanently banned but it’s was not me

Xbox one permanently banned and why: I was banned since someone had fun buying followers more precisely 500 followers Microsoft had spotted this problem more than a week ago so far the site has been closed for a reason obvious so let's continue after
3 days my account lost the amount of 10k Followers almost 3/4 had lost followers so a guy took advantage of this opportunity to buy me followers so I get banned

Let's start at the beginning the 22nd October 2019 the day of the creation of the weebsite "[mod removed]" who allow to buy followers.

example:

Followers - 100 [$5 USD]
Followers - 500 [$15 USD]
Followers - 1000[$25 USD]
Followers - 10,00[$125 USD]
Followers - 100,000[$1000 USD]

We can pay with: PayPal / Card and crypto

To buy we just put our gamertags and our e-mail

Example:

Gamertags: [mod removed]
E-mail: [mod removed]

After you just have to pay and wait 1 minutes or 2 minutes and you get followers according to the number you have chosen

-add people who bought followers
-Are generated through servers (6)

You will tell me to report them but report 9000 account is totally impossible and Not to mention he's getting every minute 6 new account.

-They all have 100k followers bots

Here are the problems he's doing
- spam in trending xbox their weebsites [mod removed]
- We have posts and clips who have 1000 comments who say [mod removed]
- Can not report them because it uses several different accounts that are never the same
- So we have to lock the comments

People have made post about it: Xbox becomes anything

Let's also add that it violates this rule:

twice my account was 1 day and 2 days into a two week ban when I received an email letting me know I was permanently banned. it did not do this the first time my account was permanently banned. a week ago my account did not say reputation needs work and
now I am banned. the first time I had reputation avoid me and needs work for months before I was permanently banned. thus making me unrightfully permanently banned.

I'm not interested in anything you have to say. XBLPET or whatever needs to lift the ban on one of my accounts.

I believe my account was permanently banned. When I go to enforcement on the desktop site it says 2 weeks. But when I try to login to my account on my console it gives me the permanently banned message and won't even let me sign in offline. So I'm thinking my two week ban was a trigger for the permanent ban as it was a repeated offense. My question now is can I reverse a permanent ban or no? Do I lose all of my games?

The enforcement team do not use the forums. For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to got to http://enforcement.xbox.com You would
need to report them through their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

So I’m not actually permanently banned right? The same thing is happening to me it was a 3 day ban and the next day after the ban should have been over I got permanent ban and locked out of my account. I can’t even submit and review on the enforcement website because the permanent ban don’t show up and the 3 day ban don’t show up either. I’m really worried about it
