    My Xbox one account is on child settings and it has $50 on it, but there's no way I can spend the money! I've tried making it into a adult account but nothing works! I don't know what to do! Please help!

    If you encounter any problem with this player, you can check his/her profile directly on the xbox and reporting that player!

    So that the enforcement team can check the situation and maybe provide a suspension to that gamer!
