    ok so my account is jacked up

    ok so i was turning my xbox on and as soon as i log in it asked for a security update and i typed it in but its says something is wrong with my account,any advice?

    go to account.live.com and sign in with you email and pw for your gamertag and update your account on that website.

    sounds like your microsoft account may be blocked and you may have to prove account ownership before unblocking it. it may also just be asking you to update your account proofs.
