Hello, I need my problem solving, and fast, as I have ran out of patience with this pathetic corporation.

I cannot sign into my Xbox Account, on my 360 console. The email address associated with my gamertag was created, soley, for my Xbox. Therefore, it has never been used as an email address; to send emails, etc. So you can imagine my dismay when I was asked
to enter as much information as possible, to reset my password.

All I wish to do, is reset my password, and use my Xbox. Otherwise, the Gamertag, in which I've had for years will become totally useless.

Please help, I am in desperate need, as the rest of the Outlook website was completely and utterly useless.

MY ACCOUNT IS ABSOLUTELY OBSOLETE

I have a windows phone and use an xbox live account to download apps, updates etc. HOWEVER whenever I try to download anything, an alert comes up that tells me I need to agree to new terms and conditions, which I can't do on my phone because I am a "child".
(16 years old, I can get a job, have ***, get married, own a bank account etc however I'm not responsible enough to agree to xbox terms and conditions?)

I am told I have to use my computer to do this, which I attempt to do. I am then told that a parent account will have to agree to the terms and conditions. The parent account I used when I set up my xbox account has either been deleted, or the account information
has been lost. It is impossible for me to access it, so I am totally stuck. Obviously an xbox account can't be deleted, and when I try to update my account information to add a new, working parent account the same notice comes up "you must agree to new terms
and conditions..."

This has been going on for months and it is SO frustrating. I hope someone on here knows what to do. Thank you for your consideration :-(

Sorry but if you cannot remember the details of your account in order to reset your password then there is nothing anyone else can do to help. Those details are kept strictly for your use and no one else has access to them.

The problem is, I never used any card information on the account, or anything. Only used the email to set the gamertag up, and now it won't let me reset my password. Very very frustrating

 

as Long as you had Access to your Profile you can Setup alternative securiy contact Details, such as a different email or a phone - this way you would have been able to recover your account.

if you missed doing so (i have seen my console making requests to add valid data about half a year ago) then your only Option is providing enough Information so pass a verification by contact form
