Thanks for the support message.

If you have forgotten the password to your Microsoft Account, please go to
http://xbox.com/forgot/ to reset your password.

If you have access to your Microsoft Account but can not pass any of your Security proofs, please go to
http://account.live.com/acsr/ and fill out that information there. It will ask you a series of questions and personal information on the account. If you fail to answer the questions correctly and
get an email back saying that they will not be able to assist you with recovering your account, unfortunately the account is lost, sorry.

What's a Security Proof?

A security proof is either an email or phone number linked to your Microsoft Account that an automated system sends a numerical code to to verify your identity because Microsoft thinks that a password alone is not nearly secure enough. You are required to
have at least two security proofs on your account (i.e. two emails, or an email and phone number)
