When i was on my other account via to (AestheticKam) it said there was a issue and i tried the reset but i forgot my password so i need help getting it. Microsoft not trying to be rude but you guys need to stop/update this so we wont have issues i get its
for safety but who is gonna take my account if they dont know.

rewards request form.

Be sure to check your mailbox including spam or junk folder.

Did you also receive a confirmation email regarding your request using the email address you provided as the contact information?

If those steps do not work, I would recommend contacting Microsoft Support, they can further assist you in recovering your password.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty annoying. Check it out, I recommend going to Your info at

account.microsoft.com, then updating anything you need to there. Afterwards, I suggest

removing and redownloading the account back to your console.

If that doesn't work, try changing your password through the site and then redownload the account once more.
