    and this guy has more control over MY account than I do..

    His gamertag is Either [Mod remove]

    Please ban him he wont stop and its very frustrating

    Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

    If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet My account is hacked :) good luck!

    You must work with the support call to sort this out and update your security passwords. If you doubt of behaviour that goes against service xbox live rules just report the owners by filing a complaint. In the future avoid using other players' gamertags

    Did Xbox Support open up a Unauthorized Access Case?

    Also try the steps on that link, if you still have access to your account, that should allow you change password and security settings and remove the password from any console..
