    Hi I was wondering if someone from this department can help me with my band account. I try posting To the enforcement team for a few times. And no one has still got back to in over 2 months I'm absolutely 100% positive that my account got banned by
    mistake. They say I was banned for code of conduct. But they won't tell me the exact rule that I supposedly broke I find that, odd. I am extremely upset over this. I have my account cents 2006 now its gone forever i want i better explanation then i was band

    I was transfering my profile from my x-box 360 to my new one slime and the account disappeared..... what can i do??? my account is gone :(

    Sorry but no one here can help as we don't have access to that info.

    The only place to get an answer is in the ban/suspension forums
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    If your post didn't appear there then you've probably been answered via a pm.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account explaining the ban as well.

    It's not really a violation to allow easy access to your account. It is however someones responsibility though, so if someone else does something that results in an enforcement action you can't blame the other person.

    I did fill out the form already but I honestly don’t know what question I’m getting wrong. This account was made almost 10 years ago and I can’t remember the password to get into the email attached to the account, and can’t remember the contact phone number. I struggled with addiction for a long time and a lot of my memory is not what it used to be. Those are pretty much the only questions I could be getting wrong. I know the password to get into my Microsoft account but when I tried to change it when all of this was going down I had to change my contact phone number so I could get a verification text but it said it wouldn’t be updated till next month.
