My account is bugged

I bought my own xbox but when i went to go play online i needed a parent account to play and as i created my account as my own age which is under 18 therefore i cant access my own accounts settings.

I then added a parent account it messed up everything and then my games wouldnt load and would get stuck on the loading screen so i kept adding and unadding my account after struggling to figure out why it was still not working and i eventually found a way to play online but i still couldnt download games over 18 and needed a parent to consent but couldnt get consent because i couldnt add my account back into a family so i kept trying to find a way to fix it and then i was then unable to add myself back into the family and now i cant play online, multiplayer, or download games.

If i could know how to change my account from a child account to a parent account to get rid of the family restrictions and the game restrictions this would be helpful or if i could get my account back into a family this would also be helpful.

I am very eager for help as i cant use my xbox and its a waste of $.400

There are several threads about the complications of parental and child accounts. I don't have a technical solution, but, a more practical solution.

If your xbox is new, I am assuming you don't have too many purchases and games on your account yet. The best thing to do is to get a brand-new set of parent account (from an actual parent at your home, because, I am sure, if there are account problems, they may have to prove they are an adult) and child account (for your self, linked to the parent account).

If you only recently bought the xbox, you can probably claim refund on the purchases as well. and simpy buy them again on the new parent child account combo.

I don't think you can simply bypass the parent child restrictions no matter what settings you try and contact support and what not.

You'll first want to check if your account is still under any more active suspensions. Log on to
http://enforcement.xbox.com and check your Enforcement history.

If your suspension is indeed finished, one known way to help restore your account is to try these steps in this order:

Remove your account from the Xbox.
Perform a power cycle.
Add your account back onto your Xbox again

Try removing the account from the console, do a hard re-start, then re add the account to the console.

I have tried logging into my account on another Xbox. This is the exact same model as the one that was bugging. Every other account works perfectly fine but as soon as I login to my main account, it bugs again?
