My Account is Bugged/Broken, what do I do?

Based on my understanding, you are having issue signing in with Microsoft account that was used to purchase Minecraft. Let us see and check on what we can do to help.

Before we proceed any further, we would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. Can you tell us where did you sign in your Microsoft account and got an error?
   
2. What is the exact erro message you are getting? You can provide screenshot of the actual error.
   
3. What device are you using to sign in your Microsoft account?
   
4. What is the edition of Minecraft did you purchase?
   
5. Did you sign up Minecraft account using your Microsoft account?
   

For the meantime, to help us identify what is causing the issue with your Microsoft account, please sign in your account through the link below:

• Open a browser in your PC or device and go to this link: https://account.microsoft.com and tell us if you can sign in just fine or there is an error causing you to unsuccessful sign in.

My xbox is doing the same is it a bug or is my xbox broken??

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

You can still ship it to Microsoft but there will be an out of warranty charge. For you to check you can simply visit this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

Also, kindly try to perform troubleshooting steps such as resetting the console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
