My account is banned

When I was 14 years old my friend offered to out mods on my COD account. Being a lot less mature I accepted. Being the kid I was when I got banned I lied on my case review instead of being honest. I was wondering if there was any kind of second chance based
on the fact that this was a first offense and that I've put hundreds into my account.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Afraid not.If the decision was upheld then that's it,you will never get that account back.

Modding is not tolerated on xbox live which is why you got banned even though it was a first offence.

You are responsible for your account so chalk it down to experience & move on.

But I just want the Gamertag from that banned account, not the whole entire account. I have my current account that I have been using and want to move my current GT to the banned account, and my banned accounts GT to this one.

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/

No my account was hacked and it was registered to my console and when my account was stolen my console was registered to that account and that why i was banned and my console was only temp banned

no their accounts are not account banned.

As you say they arealso banned on the forums if their account is banned. For them to post on any forum including "my xbox account was suspended", they need to create a new account, and refer to the banned gamertag in their post.

so in this case, their gamertags are not banned, because they can use their gamertags here.
