    My account is banned for uncalled for reasons is there away to get it unbanned?


    I've already been on Xbox enforcement trying to get a case review but the page kept messing up so it said I've used my 2 try's for the 24 hours the ban is until august 9th but it's for uncalled for reasons I called Xbox and this is where they sent me so
    I am hoping someone here can help me figure something out

    My account is banned for no reason!

    Hello, my account was banned for "insult" 2 days ago when I am not the author of these misdeeds.

    But last night I played quietly with my friends when my account was banned for "harassment and threats" while I could not talk with anyone as my account communication was cut off. I want you to be debanned because I am deprived of fun with my friends when I
    have not done anything. It is unfair !

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspensions

    They have given you the wrong info.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.Filing for a case review on the enforcement site
    here is the only way to contact them & appeal a ban/suspension.

    The questionnaire is there to make sure you are familiar with the ToU/CoC.All the answers can be found either in the ToU/CoC or on the enforcement site.

    If you were in a modded lobby & didn't leave straight away then chances are the account your posting with will get banned as well.

    You won't get your other account unbanned either.

    Thats the the reason your son was banned right there.

    You will not get the account unbanned.
