iwasn't just banned they decided to ruin my account and remove everything from it now i checked the account at the time it was signed in on another xbox the little pop up letting you know poped up and i paid no attention to it till later i was banned for
life basically i have explained this to them and the xbox enforcement team insulted me which i find ridiculous and you ambassadors keep repeating yourself like a broken record im asking for help to contact them but they decided to use the quick and easy way
just ban them so how am i suppose to trust xbox live when i lost almost 480 quid due to this fact my paypal info was on the account and my personal info and some person somewhere has my info i had to go through alot dealing with a funeral and haveing to sort
out xbox live taking my money every month on a account i couldn't access and sort out my paypal because someone was using it in that month

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans. If they have upheld their decision there is nothing you can do but start a new account.

 

more like they ban you and leave the monthly payments to still go on even when your banned and cant turn them of due to the fact your account is banned and banning you for no reason is not accountable

 

Just because you were an ambassador it doesn't make you exempt from the rules.

As Smwutches said,if the enforcement team has upheld their decision after a case review then there's nothing you can do.

You can contact support to cancel auto renew if it is still on,although it shouldn't be.

We are trying to help you, but there is nothing anyone else can do. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and the only way to contact them is by submitting a case review. There is no other way to contact them. Now, if you believe your account
was compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. That won't necessarily mean your account will be unbanned though but that could also help with the payment issues.
