    Not sure if it was just coincidence or if what I did actually worked, but i was able to finally create an account. What i did was go to settings< network< advanced settings< alternate MAC address. I then chose the clear option. Again, not quite sure what
    this actually does but after my console restarted after I did that I could create an account.

    Got my account back

    Im on day 81 and still nothing. Im truly feeling hopeless and XBL customer support is so demoralizing...

    My Account is back on!

    Quite often a hard reboot will also resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.
