My account is auto signing me out randomly and auto signing into my brothers xbox.

Oh, I forgot to mention, when it signs in on his xbox, it also turns it on for no reason. He didn't have insta sign in on either, but I changed it to where it signs him in when it's turned on. I don't understand what's going on.

Is it possible that your brother, or someone else, is signing you into the other console? I'm not sure what you mean by this:

In order for anyone to sign into an account, the console must be on to begin with. Could you clarify what you mean here?

Does your brother's console have a Kinect Sensor attached to it? If so, is it possible that someone else is being recognized as you? You can go through the process to

re-add your account to his console and choose the log-in settings for that console.

You could always turn off the Auto Sign in for your sisters account. I have that same problem. It signs me in and then randomly signs my wife in whether she's in the room or not. I just turned her auto sign in off. I use the xbox more than her anyway..
Plus I paid for it. lol

It's signing me out and none of my computers have the auto sign in

Put it on manual sign in. This is what I had to do to stop it auto signing in my wife. Then is all I do is when I turn on my xbox Is say "xbox sign in " and it signs me in. No more auto sign ins of others.
