    I logged on and starting playing yet when I switched games it suddenly said that it was over the age restriction. My account has been changed to child yet I can't change it back.

  2. Ok so im permanently a child account on my xbox

    ok so yesterday I was messing with my account because i was trying to upload a custom image but I couldnt because I was "a child". Recently I got perma banned on my main account so I made a new account, but apparently its a child account. Is there any way
    I can make my account not a child?

  3. How do I leave an Xbox One family as a child?

    I have the same problem. A random account is apparently in my Xbox family which is weird bcuz I didn't even know I had one. Since my account is apparently a child account I am not allowed to remove the account Tazze69. I've never even heard of this account
    please help!

    Well two things child account is a perm thing and it's a condition of the servers not xbox

    If your game I'm assuming ubi soft or ea requires an age of majority that's part of their terms and conditions

    Other games may not have that requirement

    FYI ubisoft and Activision and ea all have age of majority condition on forums rated games for online accounts it's their servers and you do have to.follow their rules

    Not all companies have that

    That's why you don't run.into.ot for every game just.certaim.ones

    Please perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the
    console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know. Good Luck!!

    Sorry to hear about the frustration! Please follow the steps below:

    • Remove your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One Console
    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console completely powers off
    • Re-add your Xbox Live profile to your console
    If that doesn't work, be sure to let us know so we can look into things further.

    Xbox LIVE won't accept my credentials, Xbox tech support cannot help

    I checked the issue with Microsoft Account tech support, and they sent me back here.

    On their end everything work as expected: my parent account and child account are properly connected, I see the child account under the parent account, can set the permissions for the child account.

    But apparently the parent-child accounts relations are not propagated correctly to the Xbox LIVE system.

    Apparently you did not read my question. I purchased the game two times. The first time on the main account and the second time on the child account. When logged into the child account it still asks me to purchase the game.
