My account is apearing offline.

Hello all my gamertag is II Mr Chimp II I have been using live for a good few years and always had a great service but lately the last few months my friends have been unable to add me to games because my ststus is showing as Apearing Offline even though
I am not, I have tried refreshing privacy settings and still they can't see me online. I am paying for Gold and at the moment I am not getting the service I am paying for because I can't be part of the live comunity. Please can someone help me it's becoming
really frustrating.

My social based stuff of xbox one isn't working

My party chat is not working, it keeps kicking me out when I try to go into the party to to kick people, my messages are apearing as white blanks and I can't view my profile on Xbox one, it keeps saying something went wrong and it won't update my friends
list so people are apearing online even after they are offline and my online friends are appearing offline, and my friends are saying I'm offline when I'm not, i asked someone else if they are having this issue too and they said they are. I checked the website
to see if there was any problems and it says everything is fine and I been having this issue for 2 hours now

 

Why Microsoft won't publish PSN firsts

leveling the playing field? what about the Cod map packs apearing first on xbox live?? is that leveling the playing field? SMH.. stupid MS
